As a Wyoming Native, life long athlete, coach and parent I understand the challenge of finding high quality athlete training and sports performance coaching in the specialized areas of strength, conditioning and nutrition. Our rural communities often struggle to provide athletes with experienced coaches who have the advanced training knowledge necessary to build healthy, well rounded athletes following a periodized plan that creates dramatic performance enhancement and allows the coach to control the athlete’s peak.I am fortunate to have spent the last 24+ years working with all ages and ability levels of athletes across a wide spectrum of sports, gaining the advanced experience and top level coaching credentials needed to build a better Wyoming Athlete. As the head coach for Team WYLETE, you can put my knowledge & experience to work helping you or your athletes stay healthier, become more well rounded and strive to reach their full athletic potential!
