As a Wyoming Native, life long athlete, coach and parent I understand the challenge of finding high quality athlete training and sports performance coaching in the specialized areas of strength, conditioning and nutrition. Our rural communities often struggle to provide athletes with experienced coaches who have the advanced training knowledge necessary to build healthy, well rounded athletes following a periodized plan that creates dramatic performance enhancement and allows the coach to control the athlete’s peak.

I am fortunate to have spent the last 24+ years working with all ages and ability levels of athletes across a wide spectrum of sports, gaining the advanced experience and top level coaching credentials needed to build a better Wyoming Athlete. As the head coach for Team WYLETE, you can put my knowledge & experience to work helping you or your athletes stay healthier, become more well rounded and strive to reach their full athletic potential! Athlete Training Priorities:

A Balanced Approach

The #1 focus for athlete training at WYLETE is safety. We achieve this by emphasizing proper technique, balanced programming, and exercises known to aid injury prevention.

Optimized Training

Our next priority is to help our athletes reach their individual potential! Depending upon the age and goals of the athlete, we may use broad or sport specific components of the athletic training continuum. We begin working with our youngest athletes at 8 years, focusing on basic techniques and movement. As athlete training age, maturity, and ability increase, we move on to more advanced training.

Conditioning goes hand in hand with our strength training philosophy and will always intentionally support the athlete’s individual progression.

Nutrition is often a missing and misunderstood piece of the athletic development puzzle. We believe fueling the body on purpose will yield optimal results.
